All training sessions are given by a personal trainer. Sessions are one-on-one, and although you will be provided with the necessary guidance initially, you are free to choose and book the trainer you prefer. All trainers are professional athletes and most are either current or past South African or World Champions. They are very skilled and passionate about what they do and will provide you with the highest calibre of training and professional attention.

Training sessions may or may not include the following disciplines:
  • Treadmills and stationery bikes for light warm up
  • Skipping
  • Weights
  • Elastic and weighted static exercises
  • Plyometric type training
  • The basics of boxing technique
  • Light Sparring (no contact)
  • Bag Work
  • Floor Work
  • Hand Pad training
  • Abs
  • Speedball / Pearball
Sessions are 60 minutes and cater for all levels of fitness from beginner through intermediate to the experienced white collar boxer.

Children, ladies and men are all welcome.
